How the Life Path calculation works
We add the digits in your complete birth date and reduce the total until it reaches a single number from 1 to 9, unless the result is 11, 22 or 33. These are commonly called master numbers in numerology traditions.
For example, a date that adds to 29 reduces to 2 + 9 = 11. Because 11 is a master number, it is retained rather than reduced to 2 in this calculator.
